Default Bluebberry Cyser

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Lalvin D-47
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: Go-Ferm
Batch Size (Gallons): 3
Original Gravity: 1.118
Final Gravity: 0.993
IBU: na
Boiling Time (Minutes): na
Color: na
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @66F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 months
Tasting Notes: Started drinking it at 11 months. Very nice. Blueberry shines.

2.5 gallons Apple Juice
0.5 gallons Blueberry Juice
4 lbs Blueberry Honey
2 lbs Blackberry Honey
2 lbs Raspberry Honey
2 lbs 4.0 oz Blueberries, Frozen (pri)
12.0 oz Blueberries, Dried (sec)
6.00 gm DAP
6.00 gm Fermaid-K
6.25 gm Go-Ferm

3/7/09: OG = 28 Brix (1.118). Added 3 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 3: SG = 22.5 Brix (1.079). Added 2 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 5: SG = 18 Brix (1.047). Added 1 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 9: SG = 13 Brix (1.012)
Day 13: SG = 11 Brix ( 0.999 ), pH = 3.58
Day 16: 3/22/09: SG = 10.5 (0.996). Racked to secondary, added dry blueberries.
Day 205: Racked, 10 Brix (0.993).
10/24/09: Kegged
