3/7/09: OG = 28 Brix (1.118). Added 3 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 3: SG = 22.5 Brix (1.079). Added 2 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 5: SG = 18 Brix (1.047). Added 1 gr Fermaid-K & DAP.
Day 9: SG = 13 Brix (1.012)
Day 13: SG = 11 Brix ( 0.999 ), pH = 3.58
Day 16: 3/22/09: SG = 10.5 (0.996). Racked to secondary, added dry blueberries.
Day 205: Racked, 10 Brix (0.993).
10/24/09: Kegged
