Hello,

I am an experienced brewer but lately I want to try make some wine.
I want to make mead and pomegranate wine. for mead making there are many informative articles and sites but I could not find much information on pomegranate wine.

I read some around here but I could not understand one thing.
Why everybody add water to the pomegranate? why not buy pomegranate and squeeze the juice out of them and then ferment that juice?

Thanks,
Tomer

Pomegranites are really expensive in cooler climates such as England. But, the wine will obviously be better with pure juice.
