Default Mountain Dew Wine

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Montrachet
Batch Size (Gallons): 1
Original Gravity: 1.05
Final Gravity: .992
Boiling Time (Minutes): none
Color: Bright Yellow
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 30 days 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 30 days 68 degrees
Tasting Notes: Indescribable in many senses.

4 liters of Mountain Dew
1 gallon carboy
fermentation after 12-14 days
air locked and left in primary for 30 days
moved to secondary for 30 days
cloudiness never goes away
back-sweeten to taste
