Yeast: wyeast 1762
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: 1.016
IBU: 47.9
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 37
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 1 week 72
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 1 week 72
Tasting Notes: might be to bitter for some but still nice

6 lbs blackstrap molasses
3 lbs biscuit malt ( mashed )

2 oz hallertau pellet hops 50 min
1 oz tettnanger u.s. 15 min
1 oz fuggle u.s. 10 min
