The last 3 hop additions are dry hops in secondary. Also added 2 oz of American med. toast oak chips to secondary, soaked in an Australian Shiraz-Cabernet blend. The winey tones and the oak blend well with the resiny hops flavours. This beer should be aged at least 6 months in the bottle.
