Notes
-----
Mash at 158 for 1 hour
remember when you add the pumpkin it's going to add a lot of volume and leave a lot of trub about 1-2 gallons worth - take that into consideration
use of a hopstopper is VERY STONGLY ADVISED

8lbs pumkin - baked at 350 on cookie sheets for 1 hr
add pumpkin in at begining of boil

1tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
all spices in at 15 minutes left in boil

Howd this turn out, it looks along the lines of an esb? maybe. Does that munich provide any sweetness.I guess with mashing at 158 it would.?
