7 lbs Canned Pumpkin
1 lb Munich
1 lb Vienna
1/2 lb Cara-Pils
1/2 lb Crystal Malt 60L
Hops:
1/2 oz Chinook at 90
1 oz Willamette AND 1/2 oz Cascade at 20
1/2 oz Cascade at 2
Spices:
1 stick cinnamon (3-4 inches) and 1/2 tbsp Nutmeg at 90
1 stick Cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp Nutmeg at 20
1 stick cinnamon, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, and 1 tbsp crushed Allspice at 2
Yeast: American Ale
Instructions:
Caramelize pumpkin on cookie sheets: 1 hour at 350 F
Rack multiple times if needed. |
