Hey guys, looking for any suggestions. I brewed up a batch of this yesterday. Long story short I accidentally brewed about 6.25gallons using a 5gal recipe. The OG came out to be veryyy low 1.038-1.040. Its already bubbling away in the primary. My question is, is there any way to bump up the ABV without ruining the taste? Adding DME to the secondary with the raspberries? Or do you think the raspberries alone will give it enough alcohol? I dont need a real strong abv, but I would like atleast 4%, 5% would be ideal. Any thoughts??? Thanks!
