For such a big mash, I could barely fit this in my 10-gal Rubbermaid cooler, and my actually efficiency was a bit lower too.

Initially aroma was very malty... too much so. That did mellow after a few months of conditioning. After 5 months in the keg, this was a decent ale which would have gone faster, except for the 9% ABV... It sneaks up on you fast.

On my next attempt, I will back down the Aromatic malt by 25%-50%... to reduce the heavy raisin/malt aroma/taste, and probably bring the honey & muscovado sugar down to 1# each. That also leaves some room for upping the bittering hops a tad, to balance the ratio a bit.
