Just do all brett! I've been reading "Wild Brews" by Jeff Sparrow and its an absolute treasure trove of knowledge on wild fermentation. I highly recommend it!

Yep I'm reading it now. Brett L. as a primary strain would sure have some interesting character for this brew.
