Those are pretty significant changes, IMHO. It's definitely your recipe now, not NB's.

I'm looking for a recipe to throw on a WLP568 yeast cake. Do you think this recipe would work well with that yeast strain?

I've never used that yeast, but by the description, it should be just fine.
