...how this one turns out. I'm curious to see how the citrusy notes of the Amarillos play with the spiciness of the yeast.

I'm contemplating brewing something like a hopped up Tripel myself, using WLP530 (Abbey Ale) - my favorite blow-the-top-off-the-carboy-yet-really-spicy-and-tasty yeast. :mug:

Here's the recipe I'd use as a base:
