OG was 1.078
Target FG was 1.009 but the
FFT finished at 1.012.
I'm making some invert syrup #1 tonight for an ESB this weekend and I'm going to add 1/4 lb of it to the fermenter to try and get it closer to 9% and maybe get the FG down another point or so.
