Just tasted the sample of this guy and it was AWESOME! I can't wait til Christmas to open one up. I primed with Clear Candi Sugar. Fermented at 64 ambient temp, this guy got up to around 68-69 from fermentation heat.

This beer is really, really good. I just had one. I primed with homemade clear candi sugar, about 3/4 cups in liquid form. It's got a great head that stays for over healf the beer and leaves a nice, complete sliky white layer on top of the beer for the remainder.

Dude this is a great beer, had to crack one open tonight. The aroma is amazing, the flavor is greatness. Definitely the best Triple I have ever had. gonna set the other one back for a few months along with the other beer you gave me.(what was that one again?) Great job on this one man Im amazed how well this beer hides the alcohol even when it warms up. I cant stop smelling this one.

It's about 7.5%abv I think. The other is my Rochefort 10 clone, I bet you'll like it if the carbonation has gone up since the last one I tried.

Glad you enjoyed the tripel! I'm realllllly enjoying it, I have a bunch left

I am looking forward to brewing this. Could not get the Caravienne so I substitute 20L caramel malt. I hope that does not change the profile too much.
