I created this recipe from looking at several blonde recipes, including Jamil's, and then cross referencing that with what I hops I had on hand. Northern Brewer wasn't the most obvious choice, but it certainly made for a delicious beer! It is both light and spicy; everyone who has tried this beer likes it. Even several older dames who have sworn off beer like this one. The BJCP certified guys in my homebrew club are pushing me to submit it for competition.

I first made this with a friend to pop his all grain cherry, definitely the easiest AG recipe I've done. It also does a good job of stretching out that grain and hops .
