Notes: Carbonate @ 3.5 if bottling with regular 12oz bottles. Go to 4 volumes if kegging or using heavy duty 750ml bottles. This beer is an approximation and cross between Houblon Le Chouffe and Dupont Moinette. Two of my favorite Belgian ales. This beer is best enjoyed after at least a month or two of conditioning. At first the anise will be very upfront but will mellow out with time and leave behind a nice spicy note but not as overpowering when the beer is young. Enjoy!
