Honey Witbier

An experiment in borrowing invert-simple sugar extension from the Golden Ale and Trippels of the world. Wanted to have a little bit of "local flavor" too -- so I used locally produced unfiltered honey. It worked out very nicely and this keg is emptying all too quickly.
