You shouldn't be worried after 5 days. If you see that fermentation has begun, just leave it alone for at least 10 days, although I usually wait 2 weeks at a minimum before checking any brew. If you really think you have a stuck fermentation (which is possible, although way too early at this point) you can
gently twist and turn the bucket to rouse the yeast up.
One great thing about this brew (and WLP 400 in general) is that it's ready way quicker than most recipes - so you should be ready to bottle in 2-3 weeks. In other words, a little patience goes a long way here.
