1oz NZ Hallertaur at 8.6%AA at 60 min Whole leaf
Step mash at 130 deg for 30 min then bump up to 150 deg for another 40 min a sacc rest and then proceed to mash out at 165 for 10 min.
I get 85-90% efficiency so adjust your base malts to get you to 1.051.
This makes a killer Hefe for the ladies and those hot days on the mower!
