Dark Tidings - Belgian Dubble

1 Attachment(s)
On account of deadly heatwave and unpredictable daily downpours I have been doing some extract brewing this summer to keep the brewday reasonable short. I threw together this recipe in order to reuse a yeast cake from a Belgian Wit I had brewed for a July 4th BBQ. For some reason I prefer my Belgians to be really dark hence the black color. Delicious beer though, very pleased. Not particularly to style.

I fermented this on the cold side (65'F) so the yeast flavors are less pronounced than they could be.
