Popped the top on my first bottle last night. Very good. It finished a bit more bitter than I was expecting but is very drinkable. This one isn't going to last very long.

Just finished a 3.5gal biab tank 7 clone. Cooled & my carboy looks like this. Used a paint strainer bag during transfer. What have I got here? Any ideas? Thanks for any & all help.

Here is how my clone came out. Maybe need a little less hops on the front end and back end. Maybe add some whirfloc the last 15 minutes of boil.

I tapped my keg...It wasn't completely carbed up and was room temp...
Mine is on the left...Color is pretty close....even closer in person...Once it cools down should clear up and be pretty damn close in color

Aroma I couldn't tell the difference...The Amarillo really comes through here

Flavor very similar but not sure a perfect clone...mine I think needs to condition some more...mine taste stronger but very tasty and refreshing....thinking my efficiency was higher than normal....

I used the Belgian Saison yeast from wyeast so guessing that has a lot to do with flavor too

Overall this will be gone quick and will probably do again

Looks like I'm at or near the bottom. I transferred to secondary today as I haven't seen any airlock activity in days. It's at 1.011 and beautiful. Taste is AWESOME, very citrusy. Honestly I could force carb it and start drinking in a couple days... but i will wait. Came out about 8.3% which I think is close to tank 7, but does not taste very strong. This one will benefit from a little aging I'm sure so I will leave in the secondary at about 66-68 degrees until I have a keg free up. Then I plan on dry hopping in the keg with 1oz of fresh Amarillo in a sunk muslin bag for 7 days while it chills and carbs. I will then remove the dry hop, let it carb a second week and then start tasting. Very excited about this batch!

This has been kegged for a month now and I've been drinking it. I like it, but it is very tart. I didn't add Brett but it tastes what I'd think that tastes like (have had the Tank 7 Brett once... it was on tap and awesome). Should this recipe with WY3724 come out with a natural tartness to it? I honestly don't know if it's tasting like it should or if it's an infection. It looks great as you can see...

Not a great pic, but here's the beer I made. Foamy head lasts about a week. Leaves great lacing.
IBUs did calculate low, but seemed comparable to the real thing to me.
