Default Multiple - Battery Brewery Belgian Blonde

Recipe Type: Extract
Yeast: 2-WLP400
Yeast Starter: 1/4gal
Batch Size (Gallons): 10
Original Gravity: 1.064
Final Gravity: 1.010
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60min
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 Days @ 68
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5gal @ 7 Days @ 68
Tasting Notes: Easy to Drink

Grains*
Wheat - 1/2#
Crystal(40L) - 1.5#
Cara-Pils - 1.5#
Munich - 1#

Extracts
Pale - 1qt
Adjunct - 4qts
Super Lt - 1qt

Hops
Perle - 1oz(60min)
EKG - 2oz(60min)
Saaz - 2.5oz(15min
Irish Moss - 1tsp

*Steep Grains 30min @ 155 degrees

ABV:7.1%

Notes
I did the initial fermentation then i split the 10gallons...5 to keg and 5 to secondary for an additional 7 days. The 1st 5 was a bit cloudy but was very easy on the palate. The 2nd 5 had nicely cleared and was even smoother than the 1st.
