1 oz Sterling@ 60 min
zest of 3 orange peels 1 lemon peel @ 8 min
1/2 oz coriander @ 8 min
Fermented at 68F 15 days
Was trying for a blue moon style and everyone seems to have enjoyed since it was the first beer gone at the party. I used Sterling cause LHBS didnt have Saaz everyone liked it so im not going to change it to Saaz when they do. |
