Default Extract - Wildflower Wheat DFH spin-off

Recipe Type: Extract
Yeast: WLP 320 Amer. Hefe
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.058
Final Gravity: 1.008
Boiling Time (Minutes): 75
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7-10 68 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5-7 days 64-68 degrees
Tasting Notes: Sweet and refreshing

I've really enjoyed this recipe since trying it out. I just cracked open my first bottle of my second batch of it. I tweaked the originally recipe a little bit and liked it so I figured I would through it out there.

Steep 30min:
1 lb. Wheat Malt
.25 lb. Honey Malt

Boil (75 Min)

7 lbs. Wheat extract (75)
1 lb. Wildflower Blossom Honey (75)
1 oz. Saaz (60)
2 oz. Chamomile Flowers (60)
.75 oz. Saaz (5)

yeast: WLP320

I changed up and added some additional hops and also toyed around with the specialty grains from the original recipe. Its slightly sweet but refreshing and just about everyone who has tried it has been a fan so far.
