Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.006
IBU: 15
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 4
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 8
Additional Fermentation: NA
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 3 @ 68
Tasting Notes: Refreshing summer wheat with watermelon

6# Pale Malt 2-Row
5# White Wheat

Hops (pellets)
1oz Tettnanger 60 min
1oz Tettnanger 30 min


Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes
Mashout @ 165
Sparge @ 175 for 15 minutes
Boil for 60 minutes, follow hop schedule

I added 1 bottle of Brewer's Best watermelon flavoring to the keg at transfer, which ended up being too much, try about 2/3 - 3/4 bottle.
