All-Grain - Runnin' Ute RyePA
Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: S-05 Batch Size (Gallons): 5 Original Gravity: 1.061 Final Gravity: 1.015 IBU: 61.8 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 9.7 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 68 Tasting Notes: Strong bitterness followed by rye spicyness. Slight haze from rye proteins.
