Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.061
Final Gravity: 1.16
IBU: 22.9
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 11 SRM Copper
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 18
Additional Fermentation: Keg and carb

Mash @ 154 for 60

48% 5lb American White Wheat 39 2
28% 3lb American Two-row Pale 37 1
9% 1lb American Six-row Pale 33 1
8% 14oz Weyermann CaraRed 33 18
3% 6oz American Crystal 120L 34 120
1% 2oz Crystal 200L or Special B 33 200

60 1.25 Hallertau leaf 3.1
30 1.25 Hallertau leaf 3.1
0-5 1.5 Hallertau leaf 3.1

Where do you get the crystal 200 from, the highest I can find locally is 120?

Ahh- It was in the database- You can sub special B for it too C 200 close to Special B 220
