Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: Wyeast - Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast Starter: Yes Batch Size (Gallons): 5.32 Original Gravity: 1.049 Final Gravity: 1.012 IBU: 19.3 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 4.9 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21 Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 Tasting Notes: A nice whit using up my remaining 2 row
Hefe 2-Row - Weizen/Weissbier (15A)

5.0 lb 2-Row Malt 70% 2.0 srm
5.0 lb Wheat, Flaked 77% 2.0 srm
1.0 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L 75% 10.0 srm

Instructions
Let ferment until FG is 1.012. Transfer beer to secondary. |
