Default Double IPA

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP001 X2
Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.072
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 110
Boiling Time (Minutes): 75
Color: 10
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 11 @ 68
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 12 @ 68
Tasting Notes: Simcoe gave it a great hop aroma and flavor. 7.7% ABV

Yes, I know this is in the wrong section, but I don't see how to move it or delete it.

13# Pale Malt 2-Row
3# Munich Malt
1# Aromatic Malt
1# Cara-Pils
1# Corn Sugar

Hops (pellets)
2oz Falconer's Flight 75min
1oz Fuggle 60min
1oz Centennial 20min
1oz Fuggle 15min
1oz Vanguard 10min
1oz Crystal Flameout
1oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh Flameout
2oz Simcoe Dry Hop 12 days

Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes
Mashout @ 165
Sparge @ 175 for 15 minutes
Boil for 75 minutes, follow hop schedule
