Default Partial - Deizbeutzervet Dunkelweizen (PM)

Recipe Type: Partial Mash
Yeast: White Labs #WLP300
Yeast Starter: Yes
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.056
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 15.8
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 14.6
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14@68*
Additional Fermentation: None
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7@68*

Brewed this as my first attempt at a Dunkelweizen. Turned out excelent. Bottles did not last 2 weeks after conditioning. I mashed this at 154* for 90 min. It almost came out too clear. Hazy but you can still see through the glass. I recomend swirling the last 1/4" of the bottle to get the perfect cloudiness and yeast flavor.

Sanitizer bucket broke and filled my boots with 5 gallons of sanitizer. "These boots are wet" turned into Deizbeutzervet.
