I have never made a wheat beer. What temperature sparge water do you use? Any difference than with regular beer grains?

Damn you guys and your tasty looking recipes. SWMBO says I brew too much as it is.
I just bought 55lbs of Wheat Malt, and have a pound each of Citra and Amarillo just begging to be used.
Any pictures?
Thanks!

I just brewed this today, but subbed in Centennial for the Citra.
47% 9lb Pale Malt, 2 Row, UK
47% 9lb Wheat Malt
5% 1lb Rice Hulls
FWH 60+ mins 0.5oz Centennial leaf 11.0
boil 10 mins 1.0oz Amarillo pellet 7..5
boil 10 mins 1.5oz Centennial leaf 11.0
boil 1 min 1.0oz Amarillo pellet 7.5
dry hop 2.0oz Amarillo leaf 7.5
Everything went perfectly (except the whole leaf hops clogged my valve!)
OG was 1.050.

Kegged the beer today and it tastes fantastic! I'm definitely brewing this again. Very refreshing, citrusy and crisp. It'll be a great summer beer! Finished at 1.010 with Safale US-05.

Going to brew this soon, any reason why Maris Otter rather than 2-row?

That is good to hear. Give WLP 029 or Wyeast 2565 a try next time.
