Default All-Grain - Blair's Weizenbock

Yeast: Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen
Yeast Starter: yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.077
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 21.8
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 17.7
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28
Tasting Notes: Malty, complex, hints of chocolate

EDIT: IBU: 17.1 (if a mod could fix this it'd be great)

8 lbs Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 44.3 %
4 lbs 14.4 oz Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 27.1 % (4.9lbs)
4 lbs 4.8 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 23.8 % (4.3 lbs)
8.0 oz Caramel Wheat Malt (65.0 SRM) Grain 2.8 %
4.0 oz Special B Malt (130.0 SRM) Grain 1.4 %
1.6 oz Chocolate Wheat Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 0.6 % (.10 lbs)
1.00 oz Tettnang [3.70%] (90 min) Hops 9.2 IBU
1.00 oz Liberty [3.40%] (60 min) Hops 7.9 IBU

ABV: ~8.2%

Mashed at 152 and fermented at 62 degrees. Carbonated to 2.75 volumes.

Truly an amazing beer for me! Hope you guys enjoy.

I'm gonna try a varient of your recipe this weekend. 10 gal batch, a little less wheat and munich, and a touch more pilsner and hops. This looks solid though, thanks!
