Ingredients
6 lbs Wheat Extract Liquid Malt
2 lbs British Light Dry Malt Extract
3 lbs Wild Flower Brewers Honey
2 oz. Cascade Hops 7.2 % AA- Boil (55 min.)
1 oz. Cascade Hops 7.2 % AA- Finishing (5 min)
1 lb Hugh Haird British Crystal Malt 30-37 Lovibond
1 pk Wyeast #1007
Brewing
Placed a teabag of 1 lb Crystal Malt in 2 gallons of cold water.
Removed teabag once water began to boil.
Added all remaining malts, honey & 2 oz of hops (boiled 55 min).
Added 1 oz finishing hops during the last 5 minutes of boiling.
Cooled the wort to 70 - 75 degrees (placed pot in ice).
This is my second time making this beer. It tastes great, less filling
