56 g Simcoe dry hop 10 days
18 g Amarillo dry hop in the keg

Mashed at 150 f, Fermented at 66 f, conditioned 1 week in the cold (30-35 f) before kegging.

I love this IPA, it is my new house ale. It hits every spot - hoppy, aromatic, 6.5% ABV (not too strong not too weak) refreshing, ages well, bitter but not too much.

My efficiency is 65%, I use Tinseth for IBU calculations.
