1.00 oz Galaxy [14.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 6 45.7 IBUs
0.25 oz Galaxy [14.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 7 6.9 IBUs

It was awesome. The only thing I would do next time is mash a little higher. It was too dry for my taste.

Also Bitter & Esters has a ton of Au. Galaxy. Just picked up 8 oz. Worth a walk down if you're near Brooklyn.

go to amazon during the off-season...remember australia's seasons are backwards to ours...we harvest hops in august sept they harvest in april may time frame. (I think???) anyway you can look up the actual months they harvest...but gotta remember its backwards and availability is short so stock up if you plan on making monthly batches!!!
