All-Grain - porter/barlywine

I brewed this after my Black Lab died.

10 lbs marris outter
5 lbs dark munich
1 pound crystal 120 l
.5 pounds special b
.5 pounds chocolate malt
.5 pounds british chocolate malt
2 pounds honey (local colorado honey) added with 10 mins left in boil
Strike 168
mash 60 mins 152
Fly sparge 180 degrees
Hops
Mash 2 onces simcoe
90 mins 2 oz magnum
45 mins 2 oz cascade
15 mins 1 oz cascade
5 mins 2 oz cascade
used whole hops in mash rest was pellets |
