Color: 5.3 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 23days at room temp

Tasting Notes: hoppy and delicious

6.6 lb Extra Light Dry Extract
.5 lb Corn Sugar
steeped
.5 lb Vienna Malt

Hops
3.5 oz Perle (60 min)
1.5 oz Cascade (15 min)
1.5 oz Cascade (5 min)

1 tsp Irish Moss (10 min)

I just pitched the yeast and put the fermentation lock in on this sucker.

I'm really excited to see how it turns out!
I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks so I'm gonna wait 3 weeks then bottle.

It turned out well. I learned some things though. I'm going to do it all-grain in the future (no more extract tang). Vienna has to be mashed. Also I'm going to dry hop because there was not much aroma. My beer buddies enjoyed it and gave me good feed back as well. Thanks for asking.
