I didn't have a name for this until my friends started requesting the recipe so they could brew it. They dubbed it "Phat IPA" since my nickname back in college was J-Phat.
The result is a hoppier version of SNPA.

Single infusion, mash (1.25 qt/lb) at 154*F for 60 minutes. No mash out, double batch sparge with 188*F water

0.5 oz Williamette (5.5% AA) - 15 min
