Default All-Grain - Malt Bomb Pale Ale

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: S-04
Yeast Starter: 1 liter
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 70
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 14
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days at 68
Tasting Notes: malty, hoppy, amazing.

12 pounds german vienna
1 pound caravienna
1 pound aromatic
1 pound munich

First Wort Hop

.5 oz simcoe
.5 oz cascade
.5 oz mount hood

.5 oz simcoe at 20 minutes

1 oz cascade at 10 minutes

.5 oz mount hood at 5 minutes

Dry Hop 1.5 oz cascade and .5 oz simcoe for two weeks in secondary

154 mash temp, single infusion
