12 pounds german vienna
1 pound caravienna
1 pound aromatic
1 pound munich
First Wort Hop
.5 oz simcoe
.5 oz cascade
.5 oz mount hood
.5 oz simcoe at 20 minutes
1 oz cascade at 10 minutes
.5 oz mount hood at 5 minutes
Dry Hop 1.5 oz cascade and .5 oz simcoe for two weeks in secondary
154 mash temp, single infusion |
