Default All-Grain - Luna Mist IPA v2.0

Yeast: WYeast 1187
Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 14P
Final Gravity: 3P
IBU: 68
Boiling Time (Minutes): 65
Color: 6.9
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 30 @ 72
Tasting Notes: Fruity with good bitterness, but needs more dry hop.

40pts HBT 2009 2nd Place.

I keep tinkering with this recipe, but this is what took 2nd. Missed my mash temp by alot, but still turned out ok. I'd like to control the fermentation temperature better and ferment around 64-65.

Version 3.0

I brewed this again with changes from the feedback and kegged it just before Thanksgiving. I wanted to share it. I pitched a starter of WPL001 that was kinda old and it did not take off, so I tossed in the dry yeast and it went crazy in a few hours.
