Default All-Grain - King of Gods IPA

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: US-05
Yeast Starter: Rehydrate
Batch Size (Gallons): 6 gallons
Original Gravity: 1.073
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 74
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 10 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days at 67F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): none
Tasting Notes: Pungent, spicy, citrusy, piney, hops some caramel character compliments hops

I mash at 151F. Ferment to completion at 67F, raising the temperature at the end to encourage full attenuation. Keg and dry hop in the keg for 10-14 days at room temperature. Carbonate to 2.5 volumes.

This beer came out quite nice. A showcase of CTZ (in this case Zeus) hops. Very hoppy, bitter and finishes dry but is not thin in body.
