Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 5 @ 72
Tasting Notes: Well balanced hop and malt flavor for an IPA.

3.5 lbs. American 2-row
.5 lbs. Crystal Malt 20°L
.5 lbs. Belgian Cara-Pils
1.00 lbs. American Vienna
1.00 lbs. American Munich
3 lbs. Dry Light Extract
1.0 oz. Cascade (Pellets, 5.50 %AA) @ 60 min.
1.00 oz. Centennial (Pellets, 10.00 %AA) @ 30 min.
1 oz. Cascade (Pellets, 5.50 %AA) @ 10 min. info
Yeast : DCL Yeast Safale S-04 Top Quality Ale Yeast

I mashed a little too hot to begin with, close to 157 for about 5 minutes until I got the temperature down to my target of 153. Also, I experimented with a longer mash, almost 90 minutes instead of 60, and I am happy with the results.
