Kicking CANS

Grain Bill:
7lb Pearl Malt
2lb 13oz Marris Otter
2lb Munich
1lb Torrified Wheat
1lb Carapils
8oz Honey Malt

Hop Bill:

14gms Nugget 13%AA @ Mash
1oz Nugget 13%AA @FWH
1oz Amarillo 8.5%AA @10
2oz Simcoe 13%AA @5
2oz Columbus 14% @5
1oz Simcoe @ Flame Out
1oz Columbus @ Flame Out

30gms Simcoe
1oz Columbus

Ferment 7days @ 68
Dry hop on day 7
Rack to Keg on day 14

Ive found this to have tons of hoppy flavor while still being balanced and malty. I think this is due to the high amount of dextrins and the honey malt that adds a nice sweetness to the backend.

The alcohol is well hidden at 7.7%ABV and even having a chewy mouthfeel they go down to easy and linger with great hoppy notes.

Hope you enjoy!
