Congrats on all the cudos this one has been getting for you. Interesting touch on the Melanoiden Malt. I just listened to a basicbrewing podcast a few weeks ago where Papazian said he liked to use a bit of that in his APA for color and flavor. Some day I may give that a try, maybe I'll cut the hops in half on the first go around just to cut back on the cost a bit.
