Well, this beer turned out great, but I think I'll be making some adjustments next time. I'm going to drop the Munich malt to a 1/2 pound. I'll also be getting rid of the rye as I feel it make the beer a bit too "heavy" on the mouthfeel. I didn't think I'd get that from only 1/2lb., but I definately notice. It could also be the higher mash temp, which I will also be dropping to 150ish. I originally intended on 152 as my temp, but had a few issues on brew day.
The hop schedule is great. I won't be touching that. The only other thing I may adjust is adding a little calcium carbonate to my water in order to accentuate the bitterness. I feel like the water I used was a little low on the hardness, so the bitterness is a bit low while the hop flavor is amazing.
