Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.071
Final Gravity: 1.010
IBU: 121
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 11.5
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14

10 lbs Pale Malt 2-Row UK
1 lb Crystal 40L
1 lb Munich Malt
.75 lb Cara-Pils
.5 lb CaraMunich

Mash at 152 for 1 hr

60 Min Boil

2 oz Centennial (60 min)
1 oz Tettnang (60 min)
1 oz Cascade (60 min)
3 oz Cascade (15 min)
1 oz Cascade (Dry Hop with Primary for 7 days)

Yeast Danstar Nottingham

This beer is wonderful. Probably my favorite IPA I've ever had, but it's really hoppy! A must brew for all Cubs fans that enjoy hoppy beers!
