IBU: Smooth, but high
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: Gold
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 31 at 67 F
Tasting Notes: Apollo, Summit, Columbus = Resiny/Marijuana/Tangerine. Other hops will offer fruit.

26% or 2 lbs. Great Western Premium 2-Row Malt, 37 ppg 2 L (Mash @ 147 F for 60 min)
26% or 2 lbs. Muntons Extra Light DME, 37 ppg 3 L (60 minute addition
26% or 2 lbs. Muntons Extra Light DME, 37 ppg 3 L (15 minute addition)
10% or 12 oz. Corn Sugar (Dextrose), 46 ppg 0 L (Flameout addition)
7% or 8 oz. Rahr White Wheat Malt, 37 ppg 3 L (Mash at 147 F for 60 min)
4% or 5 oz. Muntons Caramalt, 33 ppg 12 L (Mash at 147 F for 60 min)

Boil @ 60 mins 0.25 oz. Apollo pellet 18.0
Boil @ 20 mins 0.50 oz. Columbus pellet 15.4
Boil @ 20 mins 0.50 oz. Summit pellet 15.8
Boil @ 10 mins 0.50 oz. Amarillo pellet 9.2
Boil @ 10 mins 0.50 oz. Simcoe pellet 13.0
Post-boil warm aroma steep @ 20-45 mins 0.50 oz. Amarillo pellet
Post-boil warm aroma steep @ 20-45 mins 0.25 oz. Apollo pellet
Post-boil warm aroma steep @ 20-45 mins 1.00 oz. Simcoe pellet
Dryhop @ 8 days 0.50 oz. Amarillo pellet
Dryhop @ 8 days 0.50 oz. Apollo pellet

WLP001 Yeast Starter
(1 liter for a 3.5 gallon batch w/Intermittent Shaking)

Whirfloc tab at 15 minutes
Yeast nutrient at 15 minutes
Gypsum in mash & boil (if needed)

Tips:

-Brew this via a Full Volume Boil with no top off water. I started with a 4.5 gallon boil and lost 1 gallon even.
-The post-boil aroma hop steep should be held for at least 20 minutes at 65-160 F, primarily between 90-160 F
-Keep in primary for 4 weeks at 67 F; add dryhops during the last week.
-Bottle carb for 17 days at 72 F.
-Can swap Caramalt for a darker crystal or a lighter caramel pilsen if desired.
