All-Grain - Double Your Fun IIPA
Recipe Type: All Grain Yeast: S-05 Yeast Starter: CAKE Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5 Original Gravity: 1.077 Final Gravity: 1.019 IBU: 71 Boiling Time (Minutes): 60 Color: 8.6 Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 65 Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 65
Brewing this in a week or two, I have a DOUBLE S-05 yeast cake to rack it onto... should get a good start!
