Default All-Grain - Dombie Zust

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: WLP001
Yeast Starter: No
Batch Size (Gallons): 6
Original Gravity: 1.059
Final Gravity: 1.012
IBU: 66.3
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 8.1
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @68
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 @ 68
Tasting Notes: Damn near can't tell the difference between this and the commerical version

3F Calls theirs a pale ale, but the specs put it in the IPA catergory. Anyway, I had mine side by side with theirs. I have the luxury of living less than 20 min from 3F. Almost couldn't tell the difference, honestly, the homebrew had a little more flavor, and quite a bit more aroma, although if I was blindfolded I'd bet I wouldn't know which is which. Drink this fresh!

Looks pretty similar to my Zombie Dust clone. Just noticed this as I moved my recipe from my thread in the recipes/ingredients thread to the Recipe Database.
