This was my first attempt at all-grain and was originally slated as a SNPA clone. I forgot to adjust my hops additions based on received AAU and ended up with an IPA by mistake

So as far as taste, think of a SNPA with quite a bit more hop-kick.
I actually ended up liking it so much that I went back and adjusted my recipe. I've made it three times since and it's been a big hit with my friends. ABV is a bit high, so please drink in moderation
